Centralia Police arrested a homeless Centralia man Tuesday night for alleged domestic battery, unlawful restraint and resisting a peace officer. Michael Hodge was taken to the Marion County Jail.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested two men who live in the same residence for alleged domestic battery. 26-year-old Mark McWhirter and 39-year-old Curtis Tate of Watson Lane were both taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges.
Salem Police arrested 38-year-old Walter Williams of North Broadway in Salem on an outstanding Marion County felony no bond warrant. He was arrested when police found he was wanted when talking to a group of people on West Olive Street.
51-year-old Lachesha Sullens of East Mitchell in Salem had her pretrial release revoked and was ordered to remain in the Marion County Jail until her sentencing hearing on November 17th.
