Police Beat for Saturday, April 30th, 2022

Centralia Police arrested a 48-year-old Centralia woman for manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.  Jerri Gray of Fairway Drive was taken to the Marion County Jail.

Centralia Police arrested 26-year-old Dillon Fyke of South Clay in Sandoval for alleged aggravated domestic battery.   He remains in the Marion County Jail on Saturday.

A 39-year-old Centralia man was arrested by Wamac Police for alleged driving on a suspended/revoked license and on a Marion County misdemeanor warrant.   Bradley Timmons of Trust Road was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested both occupants of a vehicle following an initial stop for speeding.  The driver, 23-year-old Tristan Rankin of Robin Road in Salem, was ticketed for driving on a suspended or revoked license.  41-year-old Eric Dewitt of Robin Road in Salem was given a notice to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

56-year-old Robert Allen of South Main in Sandoval was given a notice to appear after being arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding Effingham County traffic warrant.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a vehicle stolen from a home in the 8900 block of Blomberg Road in rural Kinmundy.  The vehicle was stolen around 9:30 Friday morning and had last been seen traveling southbound on Blomberg Road.
