Lady Cats Pull Off 4 In The 7th To Stun Mount Vernon

The Salem Lady Cats won their 5^th straight game, knocking off Mt Vernon on the road 11-8.  Salem scored 4 times with 2 outs in the top of the 7^th to take the lead.  Lilly Blagoue was the winning pitcher.  Makenna Smith went 3-5 with the bases clearing triple in the 7^th to give Salem the lead. Blagoue was 3-4, Miranda Podergois was 3-5 and Ally Roberts added 2 hits.  Salem is back in action today at home against Breese Central.  The JV will travel to Breese.
