The Salem 9u knocked off the SC Storm Chasers 8-2.

Trailing 2-0 after 2.5 innings, Salem would take the lead with a pair of runs in the fourth and pull away with 5 more in the fifth.  Jacob Butts had 3 RBI for the Cats, EJ Wolfe added 2 with RBI also from Isaac Knaap.
