A 33-year-old Centralia man has been charged in Marion County Court with felony theft.
Kirk Johnston of East Broadway is accused of taking a checkbook.
Bond was set at $15,000 and the public defender appointed to represent him.
The charge is a Class Four felon due to a prior conviction. Johnston is also extended term eligible if found guilty.
