2022 02/19 – Patton Eisenhower Prince

Patton Eisenhower Prince, 77, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 7:20 pm February 14, 2022 at Mount Vernon Health Care Center in Mount Vernon. Mr. Prince loved to play the guitar and sing. Patton enjoyed playing the lottery. He loved people but most importantly his family. Patton will be greatly missed.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will begin 1:00 pm. In addition to his loving wife of fifty-two years, Patton is survived by his daughters, Connie Price and husband, Larry of Auburn, Illinois, Candy Heck and husband, Bill of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Patty Smith and husband, Roger of Opdyke, Illinois, Marie Booten and husband, John of Marion, Illinois; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Marlene and Gail.In addition to his parents, Patton was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

He was born January 7, 1945 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Lonnie and Sylvia (Woolard) Prince. Patton married Connie (Vaughn) Prince on August 28, 1969.
