Hugh Taylor, 57, of Odin, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021 at his home. Hugh worked at NAL in Salem for 5 years. He was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Odin.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held January 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Gospel Lighthouse Church at 1004 East Poplar Odin, Illinois. He married Ligaya Dogao on June 25, 2011 in Sagada, Philippines and she survives in Odin. In addition to his wife of 10 years, Ligaya Taylor of Odin, he is also survived by his four children: Naomi Taylor, Meriam Taylor, Candace Taylor and Michael Earl Taylor all of Odin; seven brothers: Charles Taylor, Willy Taylor, Tommy Taylor, Robert Taylor, Joseph Paul Taylor, James Taylor, and Johnny Taylor; four sisters: Mary Taylor, Magarette Taylor, Sara Taylor and Annie Taylor; several nieces and nephews.
He was born January 6, 1964 in Cairo, Illinois, the son of Earl Taylor and Marian (Burley). Hugh was preceded in death by his parents: Earl Taylor and Maian Burley.
