The Marion County Courthouse as well as other area courthouses will be closed Friday and Monday for the Christmas Holiday.
Salem City Hall will also be closed both days, but trash pickup on Monday will be on the regular schedule.
Centralia City Hall will be closed only on Friday, but trash pickup on Friday will not be impacted. City hall will be open at the regular time and trash pickup on the regular schedule all next week.
There will be mail delivery on Friday, Christmas Eve, but none on Christmas Day.
Financial institutions will close early on Friday and be closed all day Saturday. Many retail stores will also close early for Christmas Eve and be closed all day for Christmas on Saturday.
