A report of retail theft at the Salem Rural King Store has resulted in two arrests.
Salem Police arrested 40-year-old Cory Duncan of South Clay in Sandoval for retail theft and gave him a notice to appear in court.
33-year-old Tim Bowlby of North Pine in Sandoval was arrested on an Effingham felony failure to appear warrant in a possession of under five grams of methamphetamine case. He was later transferred to the Effingham County Jail.
27-year-old Zach Arnold of South College in Salem turned himself in on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear traffic warrant. He was released after posted $250 cash bond.
