2021 12/17 – John “J.D.” Sullivan

John “J.D.” Sullivan, age 29 of Salem, passed away on December 13, 2021 at his home. J.D. worked for North American Lighting as a team leader. He enjoyed video games, woodworking, listening to music, martial arts, swords, cats, and most of all spending time with his kids doing fun things.

There will be a visitation held on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be made at www.CrouseFH.com or on the funeral homes Facebook page.

He is survived by his mother, Tiffany Duncan and husband Doug of Kell; father, David Sullivan and Lisa Renfrow of Sandoval; two children, Alistair and Lorelei Sullivan; sister, LeighAnn Sullivan of Odin; grandmothers, Terry Campbell of Kell, Barbara Sullivan of Salem, and Stella Duncan of Kell; best friend, Steven Tate; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephews.

J.D. was born on June 25, 1992 in Centralia, the son of David and Tiffany (Neff) Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, David Campbell, Gale Neff, LeeRoy Sullivan, and Paul Ray Duncan.
