Michael Keith Kusturin, 64, of Centralia, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Michael was a lifetime member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Centralia. He was known for being an avid Cincinnati Reds Fan. He enjoyed his flower and vegetable gardens, and his Centralia Junior High School family where he worked for 28 years as a custodian. Most of all, he cherished the time he spent with his family.
Funeral Services for Michael Keith Kusturin will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia with Rev. Paula Comper officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. A visitation will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Michael is survived by his mother: Joann “Patty” Kusturin of Centralia, a sister: Debbie Dillingham and husband Ken of Centralia; and several cousins.
Michael was born March 1, 1957 in Centralia, the son of Michael P. Kusturin and Joann “Patty” (Gaetti) Kusturin. Michael was preceded in death by his father: Michael P. Kusturin; grandparents: Ola (Stater) Hemmerlein and husband Bob , and Julia (Repic) Kusturin and husband Ivan; and several aunts and uncles.
