Judy Conner, 77, of Irvington passed away surrounded by the love of her family, Friday, September 17, 2021, at her home. She was born on November 8, 1943, the daughter of Raymond and Rose Marie (McReynolds) Kerley in Evansville, Indiana. She married Bufford Conner and he preceded her in death.

Survivors that will remember Judy’s heart of gold include her beloved family, children Doyle Brown (Carla Hedgpeth) of St. Louis, Missouri, Lance Conner of Irvington, Illinois; grandchildren Alexis Brown, Alyssa Brown, Brett Melton, Tyler Conner, and Josie Conner; great-grandchild Skyler Melton; and brother Sam Kerley (Trish) of Barnhart, Missouri.

Along with her husband Bufford Conner, Judy was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Rose Kerley; and her son Ray Allan Parker. Judy always put her family first and worked hard to support them, working as a forklift operator, and sharing her smiling face at the gas station, where she was a clerk. She adored spending time with and caring for animals and liked to watch veterinarian television shows. She enjoyed a good game of cards with family and friends, especially spades. She was an amazing mother and grandmother, making sure to put her children and grandchildren first. She was so proud to be a Nana to her grandbabies and treasured the times they spent together. Judy’s loving heart and generous nature will never be forgotten.
