Franklin Park got back in the win column with their 6-4 softball win over Breese. Allison Thurman earned her first varsity win, striking out 10. Alivia Rasul tripled and scored; Brylee Pennypacker tripled and scored twice. Emma Lipe and Quinn Wolfe added RBI. Salem heads to Wesclin today.
Willow Grove/ St. Mary Centralia improved to 6-3 on the year after a 6-0 win over Odin. Emrie Quick went 7 innings only allowing 1 base runner on 1 hit while striking out 19. Mackenzie Perez led the wildcards going 1-2 with a double 1 rbi with 2 runs scored, Quick was 1-2 with 2 runs scored and 5 stolen bases, Reese Koester went 1-2 with a double 2 rbis and a run scored, Abby Draper added hit while Julie Siegler scored a run. The Wildcards will be back in action today vs Sandoval at Lions field in Central City.
