Salem boys golf beat Mt Vernon 164 to 170 at Salem Country Club. Jairen Stroud was medalist with a 37. Also scoring for Salem was Cale Harris and Hunter Russell both with 42, and Steven Mulvaney with a 43. Mt. Vernon was led in scoring by Blaze Greathouse with a 39. Salem improves to 4 and 1 on the year. Salem’s next match is next Tuesday when they host St. Anthony.
