Delores Campbell, 85, of Centralia passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. Delores and her family shared a special bond, and her favorite memories were always the one’s made with her family. She enjoyed attending worship services at the Free Methodist Church (Foundation Church) in Centralia. She loved going to the movies and found it relaxing to enjoy a good show. Delores will be deeply missed by her loved ones, and they will each carry a special place for her in their hearts.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2021, at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia with Pastor Jeremy Martin officiating. Friends are welcome to a visitation time to offer condolences to Delores’ family from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in rural Sandoval. Memorials may be made in Delores’ honor to the Donor’s Choice. Survivors include her cherished family members, brothers Gail (Karen) Campbell of Centralia, and Bruce (Karen) Campbell of Centralia; sisters Joyce (Ron) Broadwater of Centralia, and Michele (Larry) Myers of Cedar Rapids; several nieces, and nephews; and brother-in-law David Miller of Centralia.
She was born on March 30, 1936, the daughter of Thomas and Vernie (Williams) Campbell in Irvington. Delores was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Vernie Campbell, Dorothy Campbell; and sister, and Sharon (Campbell) Miller.
