In the OBC softball tournament, Willow Grove/St Mary Centralia defeated Raccoon in the semifinal 7-1.
Emrie Quick struck out 14 in 7 innings for the win. Mackenzie Perez let the offense with 2 hits including a home run with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. Quick added 3 hits and 2 runs; Raylyn Parker had a hit and scored 2 runs, Reese Koester and Abigail Draoee also added hits. For Raccooon,
Bria Murray gave up 7 runs on 5 hits with 13ks. At the plate for Raccoon she went 3-3. Kaylee Bowdler went 2-4, Maya Braddy hit a home run and Ashlyn Jamison added a hit.
The Wildcards will play Monday at Central City against Field at 4pm for the title.
