The 2021 NBRA Long Course National Championship Boat Races are at Raccoon Lake this weekend. Castle Ridge is hosting the races and will be the sight to see the competition.
Castle Ridge’s Greg Sutton says the weekend will also mark the first time the new event center will host entertainment. He talks about the Friday night program.
“The opportunity came up to track the Box Masters and Billy Bob Thornton the actor started his career as a musician and keeps his band going and tours with them when he’s not on a project in the entertainment business. Also wanted to keep the first few concerts we do sort of small so we are looking at about 1,000 capacity right on Raccoon lake at a beautiful venue.”
