A 50-year-old Centralia man has been formally charged in Marion County Court with a Class X offense of possession with intent to deliver between 15 to 100 grams of meth.
Jackie Scanlan of Wabash Avenue faces a six to 30-year mandatory prison term if found guilty of the charge.
He also faces a second count of possession of ten to 100 grams of methamphetamine.
Bond for Scanlan was set at $250,000. The public defender was appointed to represent him.
