Salem Police arrested a rural Kell man for criminal trespass to a residence early Saturday morning after receiving a complaint of a man trying to climb through a window of a home. Beau Morton of Morton Lane had already left the home on North Ohio before their arrival but was located a short distance away. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was released on a notice to appear.
A 48-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police for criminal trespass at the Quality Inn on West Main. Police were called overnight claiming Chris DuBois was disturbing guests. When he allegedly refused to leave, he was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail.
Salem Police arrested 28-year-old Blossom Plumb of South Washington in Salem on an outstanding Clinton County warrant for dangerous drugs. Bond is set at $10,000. She also faces addition traffic warrants in St. Clair, Fayette, Jasper, Christian and Franklin Counties
33-year-old Timothy Morton of Morton Lane in Kell was arrested on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant on a pending possession of methamphetamine case. Bond is set at $10,000.
45-year-old Nicole Dutton of Lamar Street in Salem is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond on a felony failure to appear warrant in a criminal trespass to residence case.
26-year-old Emily See of Ticklin Road in Salem was arrested on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant by sheriff’s deputies on a pending charge of making a false alarm and domestic battery. Bond is set at $15,000.
45 -year-old Elizabeth Bent of Peoria posted $1,000 cash bond after being arrested by Wamac Police on a Marion County felony warrant in a possession of under five grams of methamphetamine case.
