SC Wins Midwest Classic Tournament Contest Over Springfield With 5 Runs In 7th

The South Central Storm Chasers 16u rallied to open up the Midwest Classic Tournament at Greenville University scoring 5 runs in the top of the 7^th inning to knock off the Springfield Sox 8-7.  Ian Justice went 2-4 with 2 RBI, Chase Thompson added 2 hits, Aidan Dodson drove in a run and scored twice, Logan Fleener added a hit, RBI and 2 runs.  Justice worked 4.2 innings allowing 6 hits and 7 runs but only 3 earned and struckout 7.  Noah Kee and Anthony Buonaura also worked for SC.
