A 40-year-old Sandoval man has been arrested by Sandoval Police for alleged aggravated assault and obstructing justice.
Tobias Barnes of North Broadway was allegedly spotted by police carrying a baseball bat and a knife towards another man.
Reports indicate police were able to stop an actual confrontation from taking place.
