A 23-year-old rural Odin man was injured in a single vehicle crash on the Odin Road north of Green Street Road late Monday night.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Jonathan Mitchell of Laclede Avenue was northbound on Odin Road at the curve north of Green Street Road when he ran off the north side of the road, went into the roadside ditch, and struck a tree before coming to a stop.
Mitchell was taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment. He was ticketed for not having mandatory insurance.
The Odin Fire Protection District was called to assist.
The crash occurred at 11:23 Monday night.
