The Salem Police Department is investigating a burglary at the Village Garden Restaurant.
Money was taken from the office, cash register, and gaming machines after the south door of the bar had been pried open.
In addition, liquor was poured over the bar area.
Time stamp on video from the gaming machines indicates the break-in occurred around 5:30 Thursday morning.
Salem Police Detectives feels whoever is responsible knew how to enter the gaming machines. It appeared from the video only one person was involved. Police are continuing to work to develop a suspect.
