The Marion County Sheriff’s Department reports one nine-year-old female juvenile was taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital following a two vehicle crash last Friday at the Walnut Hill and Perrine Street Road intersection southeast of Centralia.
Reports indicate the nine-year-old was one of two juveniles in a car driven by 39-year-old Nicole Garren of Mitchell Street in Centralia that pulled from Perrine Street into the path of a pickup truck pulling a trailer that was westbound on Walnut Hill Road. The truck was driven by 33-year-old Mitch Agee of East Third in Centralia.
Neither driver required hospital treatment. A second five year old female juvenile in Garren’s car also did not require hospital treatment.
