Centralia Police arrested two persons on outstanding felony failure to appear in court warrants on possession of methamphetamine cases. 40-year-old Justin Heern of Linden Street in Centralia and 44-year-old Seth Lambert of Banks Road in Mt. Vernon were taken into custody after police investigated a suspicious vehicle. Bond is set at $5,000 apiece.
26-year-old Eric Marshall of North Poplar in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for violation of bail bond and domestic battery.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a vacant home in the 600 block of East 4th in Kinmundy. A window was broken out to gain entry. It was not immediately known if anything was stolen.
