Monday is Columbus Day, a holiday for some.

Most state and federal offices and most schools are closed.  Area courthouses will also be closed.  Centralia City Hall will be closed, but Salem City Hall is open.  Garbage pickup will be on the regular schedule in both cities.

Most financial institutions will also be closed, and there will be no home mail delivery.
