Marion County Coroner Claude Howell says an autopsy is planned Wednesday for a two-month-old female infant that was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the Salem Township Hospital Emergency Room.
Howell says the death does not look suspicious. He hopes the autopsy will lead to the cause of death.
Howell reports an effort was made to revive the girl in both the ambulance and emergency room before she was pronounced dead at 11:03 Tuesday morning.
