Salem Police arrested one man for battery, and another man was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries following a fight at the Pour House Bar on West Main at Selmaville Road.
Salem Police report after a review of video, 51-year-old Jason Spencer of West Warmouth of Salem was arrested for misdemeanor battery for allegedly striking a 25-year-old Salem man in the face.
The alleged victim was taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment of facial injuries.
Spencer was taken to the Marion County Jail and later released on a notice to appear in court.
