Three people were treated on the scene of a two-vehicle crash at West Main and Walton Drive in front of the Salem Walmart Store Monday afternoon.
Salem Police say 19-year-old Gavin Mansker of Old US 51 in Sandoval pulled from the stop sign on Walton Drive and make a left hand turn in front of a vehicle on West Main driven by a 17-year-old male juvenile from Salem.
Both drivers and a passenger in the Mansker vehicle, 34-year-old Lawrence McCullen of Selmaville Road in Salem, all refused hospital treatment after being examined by United Medical Response.
The Salem Fire Protection District was also called to the scene, but reported no extrication was necessary.
Mansker was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
The crash was reported at 3:27 Monday afternoon.
