Beginning November 10th, 2025, Gateway Regional Water Company will begin a modified disinfection process using Free Chlorine instead of Chloramines for its predominant water disinfectant. On December 22, 2025, Gateway Regional Water Company will switch back from Free Chlorine residual to the normal Chloramines’ residual for its predominant water disinfectant. Customers with health issues should contact their physicians with any health-related questions.
