Centralia City firemen say a fire in a detached garage at the Billy Cameron and Brandy Boyce home at 619 North Cherry is under investigation as a suspicious fire.
While items inside the building burned, the structure was not damaged.
The fire was reported at 5:10 Sunday evening. Firemen were on the scene for about a half hour. No additional firemen had to be called in.
