The Salem Community Activity Center holds its first Pet Fair on Saturday.
Community Center Director Marcie Auvil says there will be a wide variety of exhibitors.
“We’ve got games for the kids, we’ve got some painting activities they can do,” Auvil said. “There will be exotic animals here, there will be some shelter animals with information on how to adopt. We’ve got people selling accessories, all kinds of things.”
The Pet Fair is from nine am to six pm. Admission is one dollar, but coupons have been distributed to kids at a number of area schools giving them free admission.
