A 55-year-old Wamac woman was arrested by Wamac Police on an outstanding no bond domestic violence warrant. Paula Sanders of Wabash Avenue was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges and a first appearance in court.
A 31-year-old Salem man was returned to Salem by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday following a bicycle stop at 15th and Hester so he could be questioned by Salem Police in connection with a retail theft. After questioning, Johad Dulaney was given a notice to appear in court.
A Sandoval man reported his workshop at a home in the 200 block of South Maple had been entered during the past six months when he was away. A number of tools were stolen. The sheriff’s department turned the case over to the Sandoval Police to handle when they have an officer on duty.
