In Little League softball, Kaskaskia Valley beat Landers 12-2 taking the lead scoring in the first inning on a Julianna Rushing single. They extended their lead with 5 runs in the 2nd with RBI singles from Audrey Jenkins, Jersey Thorpe, Shaylee Vest and Rogan Parrish. Rushing was the winning pitcher allowing 1 hit and no runs over her 2 innings with 5 strikeouts.
