A 30-year-old former Centralia woman has been charged in Marion County Court with fleeing or attempting to elude police in connection with a Thursday night incident involving Wamac Police.
Kristy Gallatin, who now lists a Smyrna, Tennessee address, is accused of attempting to elude a traffic stop and came to a stop at one point before speeding off. She was also ticketed for disobeying a traffic light and driving on a suspended license.
Bond was set at $1,500. The public defender was appointed to represent Gallatin.
