State Police say a 22-year-old Brownstown woman was injured when she rear-ended a pickup truck waiting to make a turn off U.S. 40 into a private drive near Fayette County Road 1470.
Preliminary investigative details indicate Abagail Durbin was traveling westbound on U.S. 40 when she hit the rear of a pickup driven by 22-year-old Brock Oberlink of Brownstown. The Oberlink pickup overturned in the right ditch after impact.
Durbin was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Oberlink refused medical attention.
The crash occurred at 3:45 Thursday afternoon.
