WJBD in cooperation with the Salem Community Theatre will host a candidate forum Tuesday night for those running for Salem Mayor and City Councilman.
The program will begin with the five city council candidates at seven Tuesday evening, followed by the two candidates for Mayor.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will not be able to attend in person. However, the forum will be broadcast live on WJBD-FM 100.1 and live-streamed on the WJBDradio.com Facebook page. The format gives each candidate five minutes to make opening statements, one minute to answer questions posed by WJBD and the Salem Times-Commoner, and two minutes for closing remarks.
The Salem Mayors race features Nic Farley against Brock Waggoner. The five running for Salem City Council are Jim Koelher, Jackob Hockett, Neal Canon, Royce Bringwald, and Seth Dawson.
