A 36-year-old homeless Salem woman was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on Tuesday after she stopped traffic on the Selmaville Road and allegedly began jumping on a pickup truck.
Jolee Graham was arrested for misdemeanor criminal damage to property and taken to the Marion County Jail to await further court action.
Graham had earlier been found unfit to stand trial on a possession of methamphetamine case and was ordered to undergo treatment with a goal of being fit by trial within a year. It was not immediately clear how she was released from treatment.
