A 20-year-old Salem man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to nonconsensual dissemination of a sexual image.
In exchange for the plea, Dru Willhoite of the Selmaville Road had a count of child pornography dropped.
He was placed on two years probation, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment, have no contact with the victim, and was fined $250. Willhoite will also have to pay a $600 probation service fee.
Willhoite was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on October 15th last year. The charges claimed he had possession of a film, videotape, photograph or other similar visual reproductions or depiction by a computer of a child under the age of 18 involving a lewd exhibition.
