A 20-year-old rural Odin man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to one of four weapons charges pending against him.
Tyler Davis of East Norton Road admitted to possession of a firearm without requisite firearm identification card for knowingly possessing a firearm. As part of the plea, charges of possession of a stolen firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of a weapon were dropped.
Davis was placed on two years’ probation, ordered to complete counseling, fined $75, ordered to pay a $600 probationary fee, and forfeit all claims to ownership of the firearm.
