A 24-year-old Salem man has been sentenced to three years in prison after he failed to complete the drug court program.
Anthony Dickerson of West Lake received the three year prison term on three separate petitions to revoke his probation. They were in relation to an original felony retail theft case, two separate possession of methamphetamine cases and for aggravated battery to a police officer.
In addition to the prison time, Dickerson will have to complete six months mandatory supervised release and given credit for 227 days served in jail. He will also be recommended for substance abuse treatment and fined $75.
The prison term was stayed until February 5th.
