The Marion County Health Department will be offering the 2024-2025 Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations by appointment only at its immunization clinics held on Mondays at the Salem office and on Wednesdays at the Centralia office. The 2024-2025 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine will be available to individuals that are 12 years of age and older.
The updated 2024-2025 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine fee is $186.00. The Marion County Health Department does accept Medicare B, Managed Care Plans and most Private Insurance Plans.
Those interested should call the Salem office at (618) 548-3878 or the Centralia office at (618) 532-6518 to make an appointment. No walk-ins will be allowed.
