Robert A. Bost Sr., 78, of Centralia, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024.
He was born in Centralia on December 4, 1946 to Raymond E. and Edna E. (Phoenix) Bost.
Robert is survived by his children, Robert Bost Jr. of Virginia and Tina Kay Hampton and husband, Jeff, of Kentucky; sisters, Patricia Blake and husband, David, of Centralia and Deb Heany and husband, Mike, of Ohio; grandchildren, Starla Bullock, Tiffany Bullock and Brandi Bullock and one great-grandson, Kobe Bullock. He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.
Robert worked for Illinois Bell for 25 years, retiring in 1994. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Per Robert’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and no public services will be held at this time.
