Judith “Frankie” Elliston, 85, of Centralia, went to her rest on Monday, December 9, 2024.
She was born in Trenton, Tennessee on October 6, 1939, the daughter of Bill and Ruby (Hickman) Elliston.
Frankie is survived by two sisters: Rachel Loss of Centralia and Martha Anderson and husband Alan of Centralia; one brother: Ervin Elliston, Sr. and wife Barbara of Centralia; best friend and caretaker: Barbara Hardig; long-time friend: Mary Ann of Mary Ann’s Books; and several nieces and nephews, who will miss her very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Eva Fyke, niece: Grace Fyke, and beloved great-nephew: David Senn.
Frankie will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia at a later date. In her honor, donations may be made to the Marion County Animal Shelter and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services, located at 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801, which is honored to be of service to Frankie’s family.
