Jason C. Hayes, age 30 of Salem, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Salem Township Hospital.
Jason was born on May 4, 1994, in Salem.
Survivors include his father: Bill Hayes and significant other, Beverly of Salem; his sister, Janie Hayes and significant other, Billy Oneill and their children, Ava and Asher all of Salem; his brother: Dakota Dodson of Salem; and special family members, Barbara, Jesse, Michael and Sydney. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends.
Jason loved to hang out with his friends and listen to music. He was known by his friends and went by the name, “Sonjay”.
A visitation to remember Jason will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem.
