Kristy Wilson, 45, of Centralia, passed away November 21, 2024.
Kristy was born December 28, 1978, in Centralia, the daughter of David Durbin and Vickie (Roper) Kirkman, who survive her.
Kristy is also survived by two daughters: Jessica Lynn Wilson (Jacob Moore) of Centralia, and Samantha Kathryn Wilson of Carlyle. Two grandchildren: Keegan Wilson and Kaiden Nadler Wilson. An aunt: Pat Robertson of Centralia. Four siblings: Robert Kirkman and wife Amy of Posey, Ricky Potter (Rachel E.) of Centralia, Tyler Ashby of Irvington, and Kelsey Clark and husband Josh of Central City; several nieces and nephews, Tommy and Lucas Johnston of Posey, Kymbree Frost and Camdyn Potter of Centralia, Reihna Cox of Centralia, Jaxon Clark of Central City; an uncle, Rev. William “Bill” Roper and wife Carol of North Carolina; special aunt, Peggy Lane and fiance, Bo White, of Centralia; several cousins and many friends.
Kristy was preceded in death by her grandparents, brother: Jeff Kirkman, and stepfather.
Kirsty recently worked at Hucks in Mt. Vernon. She enjoyed reading, hiking, arts and crafts and shopping. She listened to music but, loved to experience a good concert. She was known for her love of animals, especially her dog Rocky. Her family meant the world to her and cherished every moment spent together. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Cremation Rites will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
