A 31-year-old Centralia man has been transferred from the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle to the Marion County Jail on outstanding Marion County failure to appear warrants for driving on a suspended license and aggravated fleeing police. James Watson of North Maple is being held without bond pending a first appearance in court.
