Centralia Police have arrested a 43-year-old Salem man for domestic battery and on an outstanding no-bond Marion County felony failure to appear warrant. Corey Irvin of Illinois Street was taken to the Marion County Jail.
Centralia Police arrested 29-year-old Hailey Nardone of West Warmoth in Salem on a no-bond Marion County failure to appear warrant.
Centralia Police also arrested 52-year-old Andre Marshall of Allison Street in Centralia for violation of an order of protection.
The Salem Fire Protection District was called to the Fred Scheilling home in the 200 block of Northwood Drive on Saturday to a report of a stove fire. Firemen say the fire was out on arrival, but they checked to make sure it had no spread unnoticed. There was a slight haze, but not enough to require smoke removal.
