Beginning November 8, 2024, Gateway Regional Water Co. will begin a modified disinfection process using Free Chlorine instead of Chloramines for its predominant water disinfectant. Beginning December 20, 2024, Gateway Regional Water Co. will switch back from Free Chlorine residual to the normal Chloramines’ residual for its predominant water disinfectant.
