Selmaville Girls, Central City Boys Win Varsity OBC Crowns

Selmaville Girls Win OBC

The Oil Belt Conference cross country meet was held at Field yesterday.  The Varsity Running Rocket girls of Selmaville won the conference meet with the varsity boys 2nd.  The JV boys won their meet with the JV girls 2nd.  Kailey Meredith medaled for the JV girls in 2nd.  Hayden Young won the JV boys race with Remington Carroll 3rd and Zeke Thompson 7th.  Varsity girls Karmen Young won the race, Gabby Hazrper 2nd, McKenzie Mulvany 5th and Gia Ward 7th.  Izac Holsapple was 2nd in the varsity boys race and Elijah DeRossett was 7th.


Citians Win Boys OBC Title

The Central City varsity boys won the OBC Meet.  Kolton Cook was the Conference Champion with Dayton Oller 3rd, Zayne Allgood 6th, Drew Jack t9h, Mike Sutton 10th, Braxton Bitter 13th, Boden Goewey 15 and Sam Sloat 18th.  Also for Central City, Kinley Blair was 9th in the varsity girls race.  Joey Banta 20th in the JV boys race and Nyla Biggerstaff was 8th and Nora Crawford 11th in the JV girls.
